Major map improvements

3. Ability to display huge detailed map (e.g. all city contours on a country-wide scale)
4. Ability to store & displayed very detailed contours, the more you zoom, the more detailed the contours get
5. Cool zoom in on load
6. When viewing electoral datasets & comparing candidates (etc.), the popup is now way clearer
7. New presentation of the heat map when displaying contacts
8. Contacts will be displayed as circles no matter if you have clicked on a "bottom territory" or not when at a lower zoom
