Bug Fixes:

1. action-details: fix condition of public action
2. add-contact: rework add consent rules on space without consents
3. email-sender: allow from 2 to 12 characters domain extension for senders
4. filters: on filters update, unselect the users selected
5. import: allow matching of 'Tags' column
