Improvements & Platform Updates

Mobile App:

  1. Languages: Norwegian is now available as a language option. Check out our support article for more information: Use Qomon in Your Preferred Language →
  2. Languages: Updated and refined Slovak translations.
  3. HQ Surveys: Improved the reliability of selectors and checkboxes when running a survey from the HQ tab.
  4. Surveys: Ensured checkboxes remain accessible and visible throughout the survey flow.

Web App:

  1. Actions: Improved accuracy of the published actions count in the actions list.
  2. Email Campaigns: Improved scheduling reliability.
  3. Qomon Score: Enhanced readability of the Qomon Score within email campaigns.
  4. Campaign Statistics: Updated KPI displays to use neutral colors when no data is available and hide insights when campaign metrics are empty.
  5. Email Campaigns: Generic consent is now selected by default, or the first available consent option is pre-selected.
  6. Consent History: Added support for tracking removed consents more clearly.
  7. Contact Lists: Added a Qomon Contact ID column.
  8. Navigation: Improved spacing and alignment across menu items for a more consistent experience.
  9. Platform: Improved synchronization when switching between Qomon spaces.
  10. Transactions: Creation date and operation date now have separate filters for more precise searches.
  11. Users: Improved display and sorting of users (role-based sorting).
  12. Transactions: Refined the delete confirmation dialog for greater consistency.
  13. Action Embeds: Improved iframe interaction behavior.
  14. Email Campaigns: Strengthened scheduling validation to prevent past dates from being selected.
  15. QR Codes: Expanded QR code support to online forms, petitions, and event action details, along with refinements to the QR code experience.
  16. Action Creation: Improved the display of the Next button throughout the action creation flow.
  17. Consent History: Improved reliability when exporting consent history.
  18. Online Actions: The participants tab is now temporarily disabled while publishing or unpublishing an action.
