Improvements & Platform Updates

Web App:

1. Dynamic Lists: Improved list management - you can now create public or private lists, with private lists accessible by default. Creating public lists (visible to everyone) now requires the appropriate permission. Check out our support article for more information: How to make a Dynamic List →
2. Inbox Integration: Updated the Inbox integration module to make connecting your Gmail easier. Check out our support article for more information: Integrate Your Inbox With Qomon →
3. User Invitations: Added role limitations when inviting users from the contact card (select a contact → Manage contact → Invite contact) .
4. Senders: Improved how sender information is handled to prevent errors.
5. Roles & Permissions: Introduced new granular permissions (including creating public lists and editing other lists), updated wording in the global view, and added new action roles.
6. Imports: Added an indicator when imported files contain more columns than the allowed limit.
7. Transactions: Added delivery tokens and reference fields to support more payment methods.
8. Workflows: Workflow badges are now hidden when workflows are not enabled.
9. Action Creation: Added safeguards to prevent creating empty actions.
10. Actions: Improved toggling between All actions and Created by me.
11. Email Campaigns: Improved reliability when sending test emails, including to unknown addresses.
12. Mass Editing: Simplified bulk editing by removing the extra page when all contacts are selected.
13. Typography: Improved handling of font size with the Liquid Glass toggle.
14. Multiple Spaces: Added a new loader when changing between spaces.
