Improvements & Platform Updates

Mobile App:

  1. Qomon Mobilization Academy: Mobile app tutorials are now available directly in the app. Check out our Academy for more information: Mobile App Tutorials →
  2. Canvassing: You can now view contact details from the See all questions screen while canvassing.
  3. Check-in: Added a clear confirmation banner when checking in participants.
  4. Actions: Improved scrolling for long filter and level of support lists.
  5. Account Recovery: Reworked the Forgot Password experience for a smoother and more reliable recovery process.

Web App:

  2. Action Creation: Selected meeting points or event locations now display as a preview while creating an action, making it easier to confirm the correct venue before publishing.
  3. Action Flows: Simplified action flow management, with easier status updates and flow removal.
  4. Compliance: Organizations using Advanced Compliance can now use the same consent checkbox style available in Essential mode across the platform.
  5. Compliance: Improved consistency between compliance settings and online forms, petitions, event actions, and Tap to Give, and ensured privacy policies display correctly.
  6. Email Builder: Added helpful tooltips for Liquid merge tags, including links to the relevant help articles.
  7. Senders: You can now view the number of assigned senders, filter them by email, and a minimum of one sender is now required.
  8. Participants: Improved the check-in experience and made participant filters easier to use.
  9. Users: Team management options are now only displayed to users with the appropriate permissions.
  10. Stripe: Improved the experience of connecting a Stripe account.
  11. Merge Tags: Enhanced merge tag handling by moving processing to the backend for improved reliability.
  12. Bulk Editing: Refined the tags step for a smoother editing experience.
  13. Transaction Exports: Updated the wording for start and end date filters.
