Offline Mode is now available on your Mobile App!
Heading into a rural area? Stepping inside a building with no reception? Or simply trying to save your data? Volunteers can now keep canvassing even without signal or mobile data.
How does it work?
- Open a door-to-door action on your mobile app
- Tap Download
- Activate Offline Mode form the HQ or in Settings (this tells the app not to use data and to stay offline during your action)
- Hit the field! Data collected offline will automatically sync when you’re back online.
Now make sure no network - or no data - doesn’t mean no action!

Improvements & Bug Fixes
Web App
- Surveys: Fixed an issue when selecting a template to create a survey & the behavior of range-type questions to ensure correct display and responses.
- Email KPIs: A new KPI has been added to help you track how many emails were blacklisted.
- Billing & Invoices: Clicking on your invoice or billing area now opens the support window, so you can get help faster if needed.
Mobile App
- Animations: Fixed a crash that occurred on Android 12 when running certain animations.
- Profile Updates: Fixed a bug where text was missing when using the quick action to update your profile.
