Webapp & Mobile Release - Product Update

This week at Qomon, our roadmap was guided entirely by your feedback.

For another users week, our team focused on impactful improvements — both big and small — that help you work more efficiently, whether you're canvassing in the field or managing actions and data on the web.

Here's what we improved together this week:

On the Web App

Features:

1. Platform: The entire platform has now been translated into German! Head to your Profile & Security tab to switch the language of your web app. Check out our support article for more information: Use Qomon in Your Preferred Language →
2. Event Actions: You can now include the 'country' field in event RSVP pages — essential for Expert accounts operating across multiple countries to ensure contacts are added to the correct database when they sign up. (Contact support if you’d like this enabled.)

Other Bug Fixes & Improvements:

1. Action Details (Editing): Improved the UI and UX for editing actions.
2. Large User Lists: Infinite scroll is now fixed and performance significantly improved — reduced complexity and fewer lags for accounts with many users.
3. Invalid Lines: Downloading invalid lines from imports is now easier and faster.
4. Duplicate Search: Reduced complexity and improved rendering, resulting in less lag.
5. Transactions: Fixed the behavior where going to 'History' while creating a transaction would log you out of the app.

On the Mobile App

Features:

1. Service Status: Added an information popup when the actions service is down due to our service provider.
2. Contacts: Unnamed contacts now display “Unknown” instead of their Qomon ID (reducing confusion for mobile users).
3. Notifications: Links in mobile inbox notifications can now be opened directly, without needing to copy/paste.

Other Bug Fixes & Improvements

1. Canvassing: Fixed search bar behavior — it now works properly regardless of first/last/middle name order, and autocorrect has been disabled.
2. Challenge Action: Fixed challenge action surveys not appearing.
3. Accessibility: Improved text size handling for better accessibility.
4. Contacts (Android): Fixed native Android back navigation when editing a contact during canvassing.
5. Calling: Fixed incorrect call number in the native calling popup and repaired the non-working number pop-in.
