Users Days: Action, Automation, and Your Feedback

This week’s Users Days were all about reducing manual work. With the launch of Action Flows, you can now automatically send emails after key supporter actions like form submissions, petition signatures, or event RSVPs. We’ve also rolled out several additional improvements across the platform based on your feedback.

Here's what we improved together this week:

On the Mobile App

Improvements & Platform Updates:

1. Accessibility: The consent screen has been updated to better support accessibility, including larger fonts.
2. Calling actions: When tapping a phone number in a calling action, the call now starts directly instead of opening the share menu.
3. Calling actions: fixed an issue where presence buttons were not displaying correctly.
4. Action Radar: The Actions Radar is now available directly in the Actions tab (the “Around Me” category has been removed).
5. Settings: fixed an issue accessing the profile settings that occurred when a user had no availability set.
6. Calling actions: fixed a bug that could prevent access to surveys.
7. Onboarding: Next step buttons now activate correctly once all required address fields are filled.
8. Language Settings: Improved stability when changing the app language in the profile settings.

On the Web App

Improvements & Platform Updates:

1. Action Flows: Automatically send emails when someone submits a form, signs a petition, or RSVPs to an event! Check out our support article for more information: Using Qomon's Action Flows →
2. Invitations: You can now invite multiple users to your space at once by importing a CSV file or pasting a list of emails separated by “;”. Check out our support article for more information: How to Invite Members of Your Team to Qomon →
3. Invitations: Contacts can now be invited to become users directly from the contact card via Manage Contact → Invite.
4. Push Notifications: When sending a notification, you can now choose to send it as Push only or Push + Email.
5. Action Flows: After creating a flow using a template, you’ll now see a confirmation message when the template is copied.
6. Transactions: Comments are now displayed on membership and donation transactions.
7. Bulk email editor: Improved contact selection for a smoother experience when choosing recipients.
8. Senders: Duplicate senders are now prevented, and sender management has been improved.
9. Transactions: Improved performance and responsiveness of the transactions table.
10. Communication: Added a loading indicator when sending emails.
11. Transactions: Fixed an issue where status pop-ups could overlap.
12. Security: Added a warning message when too many requests are made in a short time.
