Our Customer Success Managers took the lead on the roadmap to focus on the details that make a difference in your daily work — from smoother canvassing flows on the mobile app to clearer data handling and export options on the web.
Every fix and feature was shaped by what you’ve shared with us, turning real user feedback into practical improvements across the platform.

Here's what we improved together this week:
On the Web App
Features:
- Export: Added building type to exports for more detailed data.
- Export: Added the ability to check off specific custom fields during an export, as opposed to all custom fields.
- Import: Imports are now blocked if gender fields are not M, F, or O — preventing errors before upload.
- Contacts: Added membership number to the table overview in the contact database.
- Email Campaigns: Users can now cancel and delete scheduled or in-progress campaigns.
- Communications: You can now delete a domain name directly in Space Settings > Communications > Email Senders by clicking the trash icon.
- Terms & Offices: You can now add and edit offices and institutions/committees directly in Space Settings > Contacts / CRM > Offices.
- Transactions: Added the ability to export in the Donations & Memberships section of Roles & Permissions.
Other Bug Fixes & Improvements:
- Online Actions: Improved links on event action pages to ensure they don’t break when shared or promoted.
- Territorial Analysis: Fixed labels not fully visible during the selection of your variables.
- SMS: Added a notice informing users that messages with a URL shortener may be blocked by some carriers.
- Duplicate Detection: Improved duplicate detection on the backend for greater accuracy.
- Automatic SMS: Fixed behavior requiring users to click twice to load automatic values.
- Actions: Fixed an issue where advanced filters were not being preserved for action creation in spaces on the Essential plan.
- Forms: Fixed an error that could cause duplicated URLs when duplicating a form.
On the Mobile App
Features:
- Canvassing: Maiden names are now also displayed in the canvassing list, allowing you to search for a contact by first, last, or maiden name.
- Actions: Secret teams are now hidden from the participants screen.
Other Bug Fixes & Improvements:
- GOTV: Fixed the return arrow so navigation works as expected while carrying out GOTV actions.
- Actions: Improved the date display on the action details screen.
- Surveys: Refined text answer handling so responses are properly removed when cleared.
