Users Days: More Flexibility. More Control.

This Users Days edition is all about giving you more flexibility. From embedding your Action Hub directly on your website to managing fundraising products on your own, we've introduced new ways to make Qomon work better for your organization. As always, we've also rolled out a number of improvements across the platform based on your feedback.

Here's what we improved together this week:

On the Mobile App

Improvements & Platform Updates:

1. Languages: Updated and refined Norwegian translations.
2. Action Details: Improved display on Android devices to ensure action buttons remain visible above the phone navigation bar.
3. Platform Status: Improved the information displayed when Qomon services are temporarily unavailable.

On the Web App

Features:

2. Fundraising: Create and manage your own donation products, memberships, and campaign codes directly from Qomon, without needing support intervention. Check out our support article for more information: Creating Donation Products and Campaign Codes →
3. Advanced Filters: Added new membership filters, including Last Membership Start Date and Last Membership End Date, for more precise membership tracking.

Improvements & Platform Updates:

1. Compliance History: Improved wording and date formatting throughout consent history.
2. Contact Details: Improved reliability when manually sorting consent history entries.
3. Email Campaigns: Cleared Reply-To values correctly when removed and improved validation of Reply-To senders.
4. Action Details: Updated wording when event capacity has been reached.
5. Events: Updated action buttons in online event headers.
6. Materials: Standardized wording for greater consistency across the platform.
7. Participants: Added a team toggle to the participants table.
8. Transactions: Reimbursed transactions now display the correct valid transaction information.
