Improvements & Platform Updates

Mobile App:

  1. HQ: Running a survey from the HQ tab is now simpler, with a more streamlined flow. 
  2. Canvassing: Restored correct behavior for the "Accepts" presence status, allowing users to proceed smoothly.
  3. Calling Actions: The level of support is now directly visible in the contact details screen.
  4. Calling Surveys: Added Consents to the missing fields popup when the checkbox is not selected, and improved the overall survey experience.
  5. Offline Mode: Improved contact synchronization to prevent duplicate entries when working offline.
  6. Surveys: Improved the display of linked questions for a clearer experience.
  7. Actions: Ensured the Canceled banner only appears when an action is actually canceled.

Web App:

  1. Dynamic Lists: You can now search using a turf, polygon, or territory, whether selected from the map or via advanced search, and create lists based on these selections (this feature is available on demand, contact support@qomon.com).

  3. Action Details: You can now edit the time zone of an action after it has been created directly from its details.
  4. Donations & Memberships: Updated wording from Collected to Amounts for better clarity.
  5. Actions List: Standardized date display to MM/DD/YYYY format and adjusted end date visibility based on profile settings.
  6. Segments: Ensured contact segments display correctly and are set as public by default when created.
  7. Contact Details: Custom field labels now display correctly in the personal details section.
  8. Member Cards: Added phone number display behind the card preview in settings.
  9. Forms: Ensured transparency disclaimer colors apply correctly when customized.
  10. Action Details: Improved handling of conditions related to canvassing polygons.
  11. Contact Details: Refined display of “created at” and "updated at" timestamps.
  12. Search: Improved available operators for address fields and reduced flickering when navigating with advanced filters.
  13. Compliance: Improved display of long purpose labels for better readability.
  14. Inbox Integration: Improved reliability of connected email inbox values.
  15. Action Creation: Adjusted loader size for a more consistent display during setup.
